**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to promote our vaporizer products across Cincinnati, Ohio. This role focuses on marketing, customer service, and sales, requiring extensive knowledge of the vape industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-person visits to a minimum of 10 stores per day throughout assigned areas.
- Set up marketing displays and manage product promotions in stores and wholesalers.
- Educate store owners about our products by providing training on product features and conducting product demonstrations.
- Assist store owners with sourcing products and offer samples.
- Collect required information through in-store conversations and surveys, focusing on customer preferences and store feedback.
- Manage and curate the company’s Instagram account to engage with customers and promote products.
- Deliver marketing materials and maintain relationships with distributors.
- Conduct market and consumer research to support company initiatives.
- Attend trade shows and events (up to 20% travel) to represent the brand and engage with customers.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports on market insights and performance metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- _**Must be fluent in French and English**_
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Prior customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
- Experience in a sales-focused role is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of the vape industry, particularly in product types such as disposables, pod systems, and box mods is preferred.
- A minimum of a high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license in good standing for the past 3 years and a personal vehicle.
- Strong listening, communication, presentation, and social skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently and advance your career in the vaping industry.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to climb and work from heights ranging from 9 to 12 feet.
- Ability to access and work in limited and confined spaces.
- Ability to visually inspect and manipulate merchandise and advertising displays.
- Ability to frequently stoop, kneel, and crouch.
- Ability to drive up to 250 miles per day.

**Compensation**:

- Full-time position with a base salary plus bonuses for achieving performance goals.
- Mileage reimbursements for travel.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
