Chiropractic Office Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients upon arrival
- Check patients in and out while directing to the appropriate service provider
- Handle money for payment
- Online billing to insurance companies
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Book patients in scheduling program
- Ensure reception and waiting area are tidy and presentable
- Daily cleaning duties (floors, dusting, bathrooms, garbage, etc.)
- Keep track of office supplies needed to be ordered
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning or faxing
- Office hours are M-F 8:00 am-7 pm and Saturday 9:00 am-2:00

**Requirements**:

- Ability to operate a Mac computer
- Internet proficiency
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is key
- Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Positive customer service attitude
- Approachable and outgoing personality with excellent conversation skills
