**Job Description**:
**Most of the things you’ll be working on**:

- Manage Field Site Supervisors and/or field staff
- Conduct weekly site meetings with Design Engineering input
- Liaise with various IBI departments on project issues
- Contact for the municipal representative as required
- Establish/confirm quantities for progress claims
- Train and mentor Field Engineering Technologist/Technician
- Construction monitoring for QA/QC
- Coordinate with Post Construction Services Coordinator
- Coordinate construction walk through and testing
- Complete CCC inspection and documentation
- Address problems as they arise
- Help advise site supervisors when problems arise
- Review as-builts prior to submission
- Manage Field Site Supervisors and/or field staff, as needed
- Miscellaneous tasks to assist in project administration.

**Qualifications**:
**You’ll need to have**:

- Diploma in Civil Technology, Engineering Design or Construction Management related field
- Minimum 5+ years of engineering and or construction field experience
- Ability to handle tight deadlines and work under pressure
- Highly effective interpersonal skills, in your ability to interact with and maintain positive relationships with municipalities, colleagues and contractors
- CET or P.Eng designation an asset

Due to COVID 19, we have implemented a work from home model until we return to the office. Our downtown office is surrounded by convenient LRT stations, bus stops, and paid parking lots and a multitude of restaurants.
