**Guest Service Administrator (GSA)**

**Massage Addict is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk/Guest Service Administrator who is available days, evenings, and weekends.**

An integral member of the Massage Addict team, Guest Service Administrators (GSAs for short) thrive on consistently providing an exceptional experience from the moment a client walks through our doors. Embracing our fast-paced clinic environment, GSAs are motivated, proactive, outstanding communicators, highly organized and true multi-taskers. With a ‘can-do’ and ‘no task too small’ mindset, a GSA can handle both administrative and clinic responsibilities with care while also ensuring the safety our clients and therapists.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding client service, answering telephone calls and booking appointments
- Welcome clients by greeting and orienting them to the Clinic upon arrival
- Maintain a working knowledge of all Massage Addict services
- Provide administrative support to the Clinic including forms and documentation for new and existing clients
- Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with clinic operating procedures; cleanliness of the clinic guest-facing areas, including the reception area and treatment rooms.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- 2 years of experience within a service-oriented environment with a focus on administration and providing a high level of client service/satisfaction
- Superior verbal communication and telephone skills
- Professional, good energy, calm, patient and friendly with great people skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Access to reliable transportation.

We provide 65,000+ treatments each month; 83% of which are to help relieve pain or reduce stress and/ or anxiety.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evenings
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coquitlam, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
