**Development & Management of Relationships & Service Team**:

- Communication with existing customers and grow new business
- Manage a team of **2 office staff, 6 field people, and yours to grow**:

- Review and update the production schedule and any safety audits
- Work closely with the Superintendent on workload, sales, and schedule

**Completion and/or Review of the Following for New Roofs or Roof Repairs**:

- Quotes and tenders for maintenance, repairs, and mechanical upgrades
- Roof Reports which may include photos and quotes
- Manage workflow of invoicing and Accounts Receivable
- Utilize our custom app to monitor workflow and process
- Oversee financials and budgets
- Work with team on decisions of when to add staff, trucks, and equipment

**What We Are Seeking**:

- Minimum 5 years’ work experience in a supervisory or management role construction/sales/facility management environment
- Knowledge of the Roofing industry and construction techniques is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the business
- Strong management, delegation, planning and leadership skills
- Strong communication, organization, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
