We are currently seeking a shipper/receiver to join our team in Regina. At HBI, we believe in "Creating Customers For Life". **Key Responsibilities** **Receiving**: - Unload incoming deliveries and verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips. - Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report any issues promptly. - Accurately record received items in the inventory management system. **Shipping**: - Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in accordance with company standards. - Ensure all outgoing shipments are properly labeled, documented, and scheduled for timely delivery. - Work with couriers, carriers, and drivers to coordinate outbound shipments. **Warehouse Operations**: - Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces, ensuring items are stored safely and efficiently. - Assist with cycle counts, stock rotation, and regular inventory reconciliations. - Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) safely and responsibly. **Team Collaboration**: - Communicate effectively with the sales, service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations. - Support internal transfers, product staging, and project deliveries as required. - Contribute to process improvement and uphold HBI’s standards for quality and safety. **Skills And Abilities** **Essential Skills** - Reading text - Oral communication - Working with others - Job task planning and organizing - Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment - Attention to detail - Weight Handling up to 45 kg (100 lbs) **Transportation/Travel Information** - Valid driver's licence **Additional Skills** - Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies - Professionalism in customer service **Security and Safety** - Bondable - Driving record check (abstract) - Drug test **Own Tools/Equipment** - Steel-toed safety boots **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week **Benefits**: - Dental care - Disability insurance - Extended health care - Life insurance - On-site parking - RRSP match - Vision care Work Location: In person
