THINNOX is a leading career preparatory school offering credit and non-credit programs in the areas of technology, engineering, and design. We are looking for a Student Recruitment Associate to join our growing team in Mississauga.
**REQUIRED Qualifications, Skills & Experience**
- High School Diploma (at least)
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales or Customer Service
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proven MS Office skills (Word and Excel must)
**WHAT does the role PERFORM?**
- Manage Campus Tours
- Client communication (handling walk-ins)
- Support client relations
- Administrative duties (documents filing, bookkeeping on Quickbooks, enrolment data entry, housekeeping, logistics)
- Provide Executive assistance (appointments handling) to Admissions Director
**WHAT is the role RESPONSIBLE For?**
- Client Communication
- Prospective Student Support
- Admissions & Accounting support
- Meetings & Events Handling
**More about the Role**
- This On-Campus Role Starts at 10 Hours Weekly
- The work schedule includes Saturdays
- The role may require some travel within the GTA for organizing and representing the school at various recruiting events and admission fairs.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week
**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
Additional pay:
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
