Responsible for  the Front Desk Administration, Greeting people coming into Campus, directing them to the appropriate contacts or services, providing general information in person and by phone.Education and ExperienceCompletion of secondary school required.5+ years Office Administration Experience1+ years of work experience in administration in the Ontario Career College is preferredSkillsStrong Administrative Skills and Operational Management: Oversee campus operations, student records, class schedules, and compliance with OSAP and MCU regulations.Strong Customer Service & Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with students, faculty,and external stakeholders.Student Services and Student engagement/ Management: Support student inquiries, handle grievances, andenhance student experience.Technology & Compliance: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, student information systems, and regulatorycompliance.Involvement working independently and in an administration teamFlexible - ability to adapt to changesFlexible to work in schedules as assigned by the Campus ManagerShould show potential to take up additional tasksStrong ability to multi-task is requiredKnowledge and hands on experience of Microsoft Office Suite is mustDuties and Responsibilities  reflective but not all inclusiveCustomer ServiceMaking sure that all the incoming calls are answered and directed in an efficient manner.Resolving student concerns related to schedules, fee payments, etc. along with the Campus ManagerAssisting the students with regards to schedules and coordinating with Scheduling department to make sure the students are able to complete their course/program as per the expected completion dateAdministrationSet up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems (student files)Effectively maintaining student records and record managementAdministering the candidates for Testing CentersAssist in smooth functioning of the institute in the evenings and weekends and in Campus Manager’s absenceOrder office supplies and maintain inventoryDetermine and establish office proceduresOpen and Close the campus as requiredMay compile data, statistics and other info to support Campus ManagerAny additional tasks assigned by the Campus ManagerCompliance and RegulatoryAdhere to all CIMT College Policies and ProceduresComply with all regulatory standards as set out by the Ministry of Training for Colleges and Universities, and the OCC Act, 2005Accessibility and Equal Employment Opportunity statement:CIMT college is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and accessible work environment.
