Quest Window Systems Inc (“Quest”) is a manufacturer of a window wall system designed for high-rise residential developments, based in Toronto, Ontario Canada. Quest services clients from all over North America, including major metropolises such as New York, Los Angeles, Washington DC, and Toronto.

**Purpose**

This position is responsible for providing support and ensure that the CNC (cutting and rolling) areas fulfill the master production schedule, the products will meet the established quality standards and that productivity is kept within expected ranges. The manager will work with the scheduling department to anticipate the needs of the CNC Group. He or she will work with the upstream department managers to ensure that parts are prepared and transferred according to the schedule.

**What you will be doing**
- Promote safety and ensure a safe work environment and safe employee work habits Develop a high-performance team with high levels of employee engagement, morale, satisfaction, and performance
- Support and implement new, customer-focused processes in accordance with lean principles and practices.
- Provide training and coaching to improve standard work, work center organization and housekeeping
- Identify process related problems and actively work with leaders and employees to determine and implement corrective action(s)
- Communicate with and listen to employees daily regarding team performance, strategic initiatives, policy changes, safety and quality
- With the help of the Lead Hands, monitor material rolling and cutting, making sure all material are cutting correctly and to appropriate quality standards per production schedule.

**What you will bring along**
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Knowledge on how to read breakdown drawings and understand work instructions an asset
- Demonstrated ability to work with and motivate people
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge on operation of CNC machines/saws is an asset
- Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Aluminum industry experience would be a plus

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
