**Job description**
- Perform warranty work on eligible machines
- Test components for functionality
- Repair equipment that may include laptops ,desktops, and servers
- Harvest parts from systems which can't be repaired
- Wipe hard drives and troubleshoot any issues
- Maintain clean and professional work area
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor

Required Qualifications:

- Understanding of business-class hardware (Lenovo, Dell, HP, APPLE)
- Extensive knowledge of computer parts and accessories
- Ability to perform troubleshooting for a range of technical issues
- Experience supporting Windows OS, Mac OS, smartphones, printers and PC hardware
- Strong attention to detail and able to follow specific processes
- Able to kneel, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs when needed
- Able to work in a team setting
