**Your day-to-day will look like**:

- Adhere to Hall’s health and safety program and guidelines
- Maintenance of drill (greasing etc.)
- Pre-inspection checklist

**You have the following qualifications, technical and interpersonal skills**:

- Qualifications_:

- Experience operating a 3800 top hammer Gardner Denver Air Track drill
- Drilling experience in all kinds of ground conditions (sandstone, till, pit run, etc.)
- Experience drilling with hollow core anchors (IBO)
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a positive team environment
- Ability to work independently
- Technical Skills:_
- Operational experience with a shotcrete pump
- Drilling experience operating a 3800 Gardner Denver air track
- Grouting experience
- Thorough understanding of shoring & site drawings
- Interpersonal Skills:_
- Great attitude towards safety
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Problem solver - confident in decision making
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to excel in a team atmosphere
- Exceptional customer service
