**Position Type**: Independent Contractor **Compensation**: $35-$55 per hour **Expected Hours**: 1-2 hours per week, with potential for additional classes

**Availability**:

- Sundays at 10:15 am
- Late Saturday mornings
- Weekday lunches
- Tuesdays or Thursdays at 10:15 am

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct dynamic Mat Pilates classes suitable for all fitness levels.
- Provide modifications and adjustments to accommodate individual needs.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the studio.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during sessions.
- Collaborate with the Integrity Fitness team to uphold our core values and mission.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified Mat Pilates Instructor.
- Experience teaching group fitness classes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for health, wellness, and empowering women through fitness.
- Reliable, punctual, and organized.
