**What You’ll Do**
- Prepare, clean, and inspect vehicles for installation.
- Work with designers, detailers, and the shop manager to deliver exceptional results.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure perfect finishes.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in PPF and/or window tint installation.
- 3M installation certification or training (asset).
- Skills in vinyl removal, weeding, and pre-making film (asset).
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).

**What You Bring**
- Eligibility to work in Canada without sponsorship.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Strong work ethic, motivation, and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring squatting, kneeling, pushing, and repetitive motions.
