Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Install paint protection films on vehicles to protect against scratches, chips, and environmental damage.
- Utilize cutting-edge techniques and tools to achieve flawless results in tinting and film installation.
- Assess customer requirements and preferences, providing recommendations on tint shades and film options.
- Conduct thorough surface preparation before installation to ensure proper adhesion and longevity of the tint and film.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to tinting or film installation, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and product developments to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing after-sales support as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in window tinting and paint protection film installation.
- Proficient in using tinting tools and equipment, including heat guns, squeegees, and precision cutting tools.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Understanding of automotive and architectural window structures, as well as the characteristics of various paint surfaces.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new techniques, products, and industry regulations.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Certification in window tinting and/or paint protection film installation is a plus.
