Our Calgary, AB Precast location is currently looking for a:
**Drafter / Customer Service Representative (Residential Products) - Precast Division**

Do you have good attention to detail and are interested in learning about precast concrete? Do you like solving customers challenges and coming up with great solutions?

As a drafter you will analyze residential blueprints and specifications to create production drawings for both customer signoff and production use. This will include determining dimensions, finishes and installation considerations as well as minimizing material costs without compromising the construction quality. The same role will also communicate with external customers, prepare quotations, and coordinate required paperwork for both production and field crews as well as other duties as required.

**Skills that would be beneficial**:

- Experience as a Drafter or a similar role
- Experience using CAD, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam software
- Experience creating drawings from written and verbal specifications when required
- Strong technical design skills and detail-oriented individual
- Exposure to manufacturing environment
- Excellent time management skills to work on deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent mathematic and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP system, Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Project coordination experience considered an asset
- Precast experience an asset
