Go Powersports Limited is growing and requires a driven individual to fill the role of **Service Manage**r to join their Kentville team. The **Service Manager** will be responsible for leading the service of new & used customer units, while delivering superior customer service. They will supervise all areas of the service department including the scheduling and performance of maintenance, repair, and PDI jobs.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop and maintain a culture that values world-class customer service to all customers through effective training, supervision, coaching and performance managementLead and support service team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Oversee warranty administration and ensure policy compliance
- Manage service scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups
- Work closely with technicians and expeditors to optimize workflow
- Handle customer payments, service concerns, and daily reporting
- Drive continuous improvement in service processes and tools
- Assist with the implementation of all company subscribed technology as it relates to the Service department
- Plan and Lead service team members to meet performance goals.

**What You Bring**:

- 3+ years in automotive or powersports service/sales
- Strong mechanical understanding and customer service skills
- Excellent communication, time management, and leadership abilities
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
