Beyond ensuring the completion of requested work, you contribute to leaving our customers' vehicles cleaner than when they arrived. This position also champions a spotless, organized shop environment, reflecting our commitment to safety and customer care.

**Job Responsibilities and Duties**:
**PRIMARY**:

- Elevate customer experiences through meticulous Quality Control Inspections and Mini-Cleans on all serviced vehicles.
- Uphold the cleanliness and orderliness of CK Motors Inc., including dedicated attention to bathroom/locker-room upkeep, maintaining spotless shop floors, and pristine outside grounds.

**SECONDARY**:

- Drive CK Motors Inc.'s Company van for parts pickup and offer customers a seamless shuttle service, embodying our friendly shop culture.
- Execute specific services and repairs on customer vehicles with excellence, following the guidance of the Shop Foreman or Manager.
- Play a pivotal role in managing parts - ordering, following up on deliveries, and receiving parts to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with the front office, contributing to our friendly shop culture and assisting with various tasks as needed.

**Additional Responsibilities**:
Flexibility to embrace additional duties as CK Motors Inc. continues its rapid growth.

**Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- A foundational understanding of passenger automobiles, facilitating the identification of engine and undercarriage components for quality checks.
- Proficiency in fundamental automotive repair skills, such as tire and oil changes, showcasing a commitment to precision.
- Independent operation of vehicles, coupled with the ability to enter and exit without assistance.
- Possession of a valid US Driver's License, with a commitment to safe driving practices with passengers.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
- Physical agility for diverse shop tasks, from sweeping to operating floor cleaning machines, incorporating full-body movements.
- Exceptional customer interaction skills, presenting a professional demeanor for addressing inquiries and completing shuttle rides.
- Proficient in reading and writing English on both digital and paper platforms.
- Basic numeracy and math skills.
- Proficiency in major and fine motor skills, demonstrating adept use of various tools and techniques for vehicle repair and servicing.

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
