Grocery Manager

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the grocery team to achieve sales targets and maintain operational efficiency.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness throughout the department.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster a productive work environment.
- Develop promotional strategies to increase sales and enhance product visibility.
- Manage payroll processes and administrative tasks related to staffing and scheduling.
- Utilize POS systems effectively to track sales data and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with upper management to implement store policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in grocery management or a similar retail environment.
- Strong skills in sales management, retail sales, and customer service.
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Team management experience with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
- Proficient in administrative tasks including payroll management.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $41,600.00-$54,080.00 per year
