- Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and expectations
- Track client interactions and provide feedback to improve processes
- Identify opportunities to expand services and enhance client value

- Proven experience in client relations, account management, or customer success
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset
