**Job Summary**

**Position: Landscape Gardener**

**Date of Position: April 1st -October 31st (Option for winter work)**

Come be a On-site gardener with an award-winning landscape team

As a gardener at Reliable Care, you will have the opportunity to independently plan your day and manage your time as you are assigned to maintain one of our high end multi-residential properties located in the GTA.

You will get to take your passion for the green industry and showcase your horticulture skills as you transform your property into a beautiful oasis for residents to enjoy.

You will also learn and develop new skills and knowledge by working alongside and being trained by our experienced team of seasoned Horticulture Professionals.

- Landscape & Horticulture education and training (or equivalent working experience);
- Experience planting and caring for plants and flowers;
- Experience with the use and operation of landscape maintenance tools and equipment;
- Willingness to work in a cooperative, team-oriented environment;
- The ability to adapt to the physical demands, and quick pace of the position.
- Self motivated, punctual, with a positive work ethic;
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Our on-site landscape Gardeners work outdoors and independently at their assigned sites and are provided all required PPE.
