- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments to optimize workflow.
- Create and maintain an organized filing system, ensuring easy accessibility and retrieval of documents.
- Perform data entry tasks, maintaining the integrity of our information systems.
- Undertake general administrative duties, providing comprehensive support to the team.
- Manage basic bookkeeping responsibilities, ensuring financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and conducive to productivity.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
