**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), or similar software is an asset.
- High school diploma (required); post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or related fields is a plus.
