**The primary purpose of the Landscape Construction Assistant Production Manager is to efficiently handle all administrative tasks associated with landscape sales and landscape construction operations. The secondary function will be to maintain the Stouffville yard and have a winter snow removal operational role.**

- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail.

- High-Level Communication Skills: Excellent reading, writing, and oral communication skills.
- Hands-On Approach: Willingness to be hands-on when needed, especially in a fast-paced construction environment.

- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle unforeseen challenges.

**Knowledge and Skill Requirements**:

- Project Management (diploma or work experience)
- “Entrepreneurial Spirit”
- Ability to read CAD blueprints and landscape designs
- 3-4 years industry experience
- Product knowledge
- Equipment experience
- Excellent ability to interact with customers and production crews
- Ability to accurately estimate labour and material costs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
