Join our team and embark on an exciting journey as a Sales Representative in the vibrant Outaouais and Eastern Ontario region, where you'll promote top-quality hardwood flooring brands and drive business growth
- **1. Purpose**:_
The representative is responsible for promoting and selling the products of various Lauzon hardwood flooring brands and the company's services.
- **2. Key Responsibilities**:_
- Achieve sales goals (revenue and profit);
- Develop the business plan and sales strategies for the territory with direct and indirect clients;
- Develop the market segment of architects and designers;
- Maintain and develop clientele;
- Manage customer dissatisfaction.
- **3. Requirements**:_
- Post-secondary education diploma;
- Bilingualism in English and French;
- Ability to express oneself and communicate effectively both orally and in writing;
- Possess a driver's license and a car;
- Computer literacy;
- Sales experience (an asset);
- Knowledge/experience in the field (an asset);
- Experience in managing major accounts, retailers, and contractors (an asset).
