**Job Summary**:
Responsible for coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to resolve issues.
- Process and allocate AP invoices and pricing.
- Work collaboratively within the team to ensure sufficient stock levels and timely delivery of shipments.
- Prepare shipping invoices.
- Consolidate month end reports.
- Process and submit weekly payroll.

- Intermediate MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
