We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized individual to join our team in Surrey, BC on a full-time basis (40 hours per week).

Role and Responsibilities:

- Connecting with our new and existing customers and providing top tier customer service, while building long term relationships
- Creating mockups and work orders that are shared and approved by customers
- Process Sales Orders in an efficient, accurate manner, paying close attention to detail and instructions, and managing projects
- Staying up-to-date with emerging trends, available merchandise, and new products that the company will offer to customers
- Establish and grow supplier relationships
- Lead/Support event activations + registration nights
- Production Support (Heat press, vinyl cutting, etc.)
- Communication with our Calgary Head Office
- Shipping & receiving support, involving: unpacking, counting, folding, sizing and repacking for special orders (Boxes can weigh 5-30 lbs)
- Comply to company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe workplace
- Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, with opportunities to join us at offsite events. This position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing.

Qualifications and requirements:

- Excellent communication, computer & organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Adaptable and flexible in a fluid and fast paced environment
- Class 5 License and access to a vehicle

Added Assets:
Experience with CorelDRAW and/or photoshop would be considered beneficial for this role.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
