**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards for taste and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.
- Follow all food handling and safety regulations to ensure the health and safety of customers.
- Assist in menu planning and development, providing input on seasonal ingredients and specials.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when reordering is necessary.
- Support other kitchen staff as needed, fostering a team-oriented environment.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- A passion for culinary arts and commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $17.62-$19.00 per hour
