**Job Description**:
We currently have an opening for a **Civil Infrastructure Group Manager** in our **Vancouver office**.
Duties will include, but will not necessarily be limited to the following:
- Managing and coordinating technical staff and assigning resources to projects
- Managing and supervising staff and assisting with recruitment, career planning and salary reviews
- Promoting staff development and growth through coaching and mentoring
- Preparing technical reports, proposals, design briefs, design drawings and specifications
- Ensuring quality and accuracy of designs, reports, and studies
- Ensuring project needs are met in an effective and timely matter
- Managing client relationships
- Business development and marketing
- Ensuring financial success of the company through proactive project management and coaching of project managers and project team
**Job Requirements**:
- Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering
- Registered with EGBC as a P.Eng.
- 10+ years of experience in design, engineering, construction and management of which a minimum of 5 years is in a consulting capacity.
- Project management of civil municipal and regional infrastructure projects.
- Consulting and/or professional experience in B.C. is an asset.
- Experience in business development in both private and public sectors.
- Experience in liaising with clients, contractors, and other consultants.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring staff.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Committed team player and an independent worker.
- Ability to travel across Canada.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
