If you are looking for a dynamic organization this is the opportunity for you. We are currently recruiting for an IT Business Analyst to join our team in Saint John, NB.

**Your Primary Responsibilities will be**:
Supporting day-to-day operations of ERP system and 3rd party modules, including technical troubleshooting and maintenance.
Creating macros, integrations, and managing reports for end users
Writing and maintaining reports
Communicating information on outages to users and follow proper escalation procedures
Managing change requests and the impact on the system
Writing documentation to describe program development, coding, corrections, as well as manuals for users to describe installation and operating procedures
Engaging with 3rd party vendors on product support issues and escalation procedures
Assisting in the coordination of computer hardware and phone purchases
Providing training to users as necessary

Relevant post-secondary diploma or degree
Experience with SQL to conduct queries (running SQL queries, fixing data, performing data extractions, creating reports)
Microsoft Dynamics GP experience an asset
Knowledge of, or experience with SSRS and Power BI
Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work directly with end users on requirements and support
non-remote role - in office required
