Do you enjoy meeting new people and talking cars? Whether you're just getting started or bring years of experience, we’re looking for someone with the right attitude to join our sales team at Lakeland Chevrolet Buick GMC.

**What We're Looking For**:
We're after someone who's honest, driven, and focused on creating great customer experiences. Sales experience is an asset, but not required — if you're motivated and ready to learn, we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed.

**What You'll Do**:

- Greet customers in the showroom or on the lot and make them feel welcome
- Ask the right questions to help people find the vehicle that fits their lifestyle
- Stay up to date on both new and pre-owned inventory
- Deliver professional, engaging vehicle presentations
- Learn how to guide customers through the full sales process, including financing
- Keep track of leads and follow-ups in our CRM
- Use social media to help promote inventory and dealership events

**Who You Are**:

- Great communicator and active listener
- Positive, team-minded, and results-focused
- Organized and self-motivated
- Comfortable with numbers and learning new systems
- Willing to follow a proven sales process
- Driven to provide exceptional service before, during, and after the sale

**Requirements**:

- Valid Alberta driver’s license and clean abstract
- AMVIC license (or willing to complete on-site)
- Available for weekdays and some weekends
- Commission-based pay structure
