Overview:
**$**18** / hour**

**Joining our Canada’s Wonderland team means you’ll **commit to providing** **a safe and secure environment for all guests and associates.**

You’ll also
- Conduct inspections throughout the park to identify and correct potential workplace hazards, and to ensure compliance with company safety policies and provincial safety legislation
- Conduct and document accident investigations
- Manage WSIB claims which includes following up with injured associates, arranging modified duties, completing and submitting reports, and providing regular updates to WSIB on individual claims
- Conduct accident investigations and complete reports for the TSSA
- Maintain the park’s WHMIS database and address questions regarding Safety Data Sheets and labeling of products
- Assist with projects related to Occupational Health & Safety, including noise, lighting and temperature assessments
- Perform administrative and reception duties at the Health Centre
- Participate on the park’s Joint Health & Safety Committee
- Have other opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge

Qualifications:

- You
- Someone currently enrolled or a graduate of a post-secondary Occupational Health and Safety program or equivalent experience.
- Individuals with proficient computer skills.
- Individuals with knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
- Someone who possesses excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Availability that includes working flexible shifts on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
