Summer Program Director

This position is part time.

**Responsibilities**
- Design, develop and implement program curriculum that aligns with educational goals.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the summer program, ensuring all activities run smoothly.
- Market the summer program to attract participants and engage the community.
- Promote the program and share its successes.
- Recruit students into the summer school program.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate program staff to maintain high standards of performance.
- Supervise and support staff, providing guidance and leadership throughout the program.
- Collect and analyze data to assess program effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- Handle administrative tasks related to scheduling, budgeting and reporting.
- Other responsibilities as requested.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Proven experience in project management with a focus on educational programs or similar initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of supervising teams effectively.
- Familiarity with recruiting processes to attract qualified staff members.
- Familiarity with student recruitment.
- Experience in data collection and analysis to inform decision-making processes.
- Administrative skills that include organization, planning, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Available to work flexible hours.
- Available to assist summer school activities or other extra-curricular activities as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- summer program administration: 1 year (preferred)
