**Responsibilities**:

- Be prepared to work in multi-site locations within the general area
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen and food preparation
- Create and design innovative menus that reflect the culinary vision of the establishment
- Manage and train kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and other kitchen personnel
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet high standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement cost-effective strategies
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations

**Skills**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Creativity and passion for creating exceptional dishes
- Strong attention to detail

Please note that bartending experience is not relevant to the position of Executive Chef.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Kitchen Management: 4 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)

- Night Shift (required)
