Dump Truck Driver

Kungfu Trucking is seeking a responsible and reliable Dump Truck Driver to join our growing team. We are looking for a safety-conscious individual with a strong work ethic and excellent driving skills to transport materials to and from construction sites.
**Responsibilities**:
- Safely operate and maintain a dump truck to transport materials, such as sand, gravel, and waste, to and from construction sites.
- Perform pre
- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with provincial and local regulations.
- Adhere to company safety policies, procedures, and regulations, as well as all applicable traffic laws.
- Load and unload materials, as needed, ensuring proper weight distribution and securement.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, site managers, and other team members to coordinate deliveries and pickups.
- Maintain accurate logs of hours worked, miles driven, and materials transported, in accordance with company policy and applicable regulations.
- Assist in general site cleanup and maintenance, as needed.
**Requirements**:
- At least a valid Class 3 Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating a dump truck or similar heavy equipment.
- Familiarity with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
