**The Position**
- Set up and maintain a variety of high speed, specialty robotic loaded transfer machines including tooling installation and machine settings
- Follow detailed written set up instructions and safe operating procedures to ensure parts are machined to customer specifications, submit parts for first offs and make adjustments as required.
- Troubleshoot production issues to ensure conformance to drawings, report deviations and non-conformances
- Perform routine maintenance procedures to ensure equipment runs efficiently
- Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precise measuring instruments
- Collaborate with various departments, including engineering, tool room and maintenance

**Position Requirements**
- CNC experience is an asset - willing to train a mechanically inclined person
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Proactive safety first attitude
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain excellent attendance
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced trouble-shooting and problem solving skills

Pay: $23.00-$31.50 per hour
