Earn a base wage of $20-22/hour Earn even more when you take advantage of the shift premiums, and a bi-annual raise/bonus system. All training is provided by Lofthouse.

Our Full-Time Shift Details:

• 185 days off a year PLUS vacation
• 12-hour shifts (Days: 7am-7pm and Nights: 7pm-7am)
• Shift Schedule: 84 hours per pay period
• +Week 1: MON – TUES – off – off – FRI – SAT – SUN
• +Week 2: off – off – WED – THURS – off – off – off
• 3-day weekend every other weekend
• Possible overtime opportunities

Our Part-Time Shift Details:

• Variations of 6, 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts
• We work with your schedule and find shifts that fit with us and you

What are the job details?

• Achieve machine standard rates while operating plant machinery by following detailed instructions.
• Inspect, deburr and gauge parts according to detailed criteria outlined by quality processes and documents.
• Participate, suggest and look for ways to contribute to continuous improvement activities
• Have a proactive attitude towards health and safety, follow all company policies/procedures and OHSA legislative requirements to ensure safe operation of all duties.
