Serving people in a warm, friendly atmosphere is what we do The hours are awesome, no late nights and plenty of free time once your workday is over Our clients are hungry when they visit and we need to get them fed, so we are looking for team members that have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.**

Hours of Operation: Monday to Sunday
- 7 am until 3 pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Weekends & Holidays

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of restaurant experience required
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Handles stress well
- Organized and neat
- Adapt to changes

**Responsibilities**:

- Executing day-to-day restaurant operations both Front and Back of house
- Delivering hospitality and maximizing the guest experience
- Responding in an efficient and professional manner to customer complaints
- Constantly checking quality and plate presentation
- Scheduling and organizing the human resources and supervising labour cost
- Evaluating staff performance and providing feedback to improve productivity
- Ordering food, supplies for the restaurant
- Ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Managing the restaurant’s high-quality image
- Controlling operational costs and identifying measures to reduce waste
- Creating detailed reports on a weekly, monthly and annual basis
- Promoting the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
- Recommending ways to reach a local audience
- Training new and current employees on Pür & Simple standards

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
