Direct Tap is actively recruiting for a permanent, full-time **Class 3** **Distribution Service Representative **who is a customer service-oriented, positive, team-player.

This individual is responsible for ensuring products are delivered in a timely and accurate manner to our production partners.

Direct Tap specializes in full-cycle distribution and logistics services for the craft beverage industry. We store and deliver craft beer, cider and spirits to bars, restaurants and liquor stores on behalf of our production partners.

**Shift Times**:

- Tuesday to Friday
- 6:00 am to 5:00 pm
- 30-minute paid lunch

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide delivery service of palletized products (kegs and cases).
- Pick-up palletized or unpalletized product for return to a Client facility.
- Pick-up of empty, damaged, or QC kegs requested by a Partner or Licensee
- Communicating last mile delivery issues to the originating terminal
- Communicating to the licensees about delivery schedules, service, or partner products
- Confirming delivery or pick-up status
- Using channels of communication effectively and safely while out delivering
- Using apps, technology, or software to complete the services
- Returning product and paperwork to the originating terminal as needed

**Qualifications**:

- A clean driving record
- A British Columbia Class 3 Driver’s License
- Ability to lift up to 150 lbs
- Ability to squat, bend, step, reach, push, pull, and walk over uneven surfaces
- Ability to operate a box truck
- Ability to operate a PowerJack/Pallet Jack
- Ability to operate a tailgate
- Basic vehicle inspection and maintenance
- Defensive driving
- Ability to work at a quick and efficient pace
- Ability to use apps on a smart phone/smart device
- Detail Oriented
- Customer Service Oriented
- An interest in Craft Beer or Cider preferred
- Knowledge of Metro Vancouver preferred
- Team Oriented
- Mission Driven

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour
