**What you will do**:
The **Social Media Specialist** plays a key role in enhancing the visibility of our brands and service offerings. Reporting to the Digital Content Manager, they are a crucial member of our content team. Their mission is to develop and execute creative and effective strategies to maximize the visibility of our brands, promote our service offerings, and strengthen online community engagement.

From content creation to community management, as well as analyzing metrics and monitoring trends, the **Social Media Specialist** is the digital voice of the brand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement engaging multimedia content on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
- Design strategies tailored to each social platform in alignment with the brand's overall objectives.
- Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging posts (texts, visuals, videos) that reflect the brand's identity.
- Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and feedback.
- Monitor social media for potential crises or negative reactions and respond effectively to maintain the brand’s reputation.
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand identity, maintaining a consistent tone and style to build trust and recognition.
- Analyze performance data to assess the success of social media campaigns and strategies.
- Use social media as a tool to gather customer insights and feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with other departments to unify the brand strategy and amplify the company’s message.
- Create clear editorial calendars, including organic posts, and ensure their execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new platform features, and strategies used by competitors.

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- Minimum of College degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 (three) years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of the Social Media Management platforms (Hootsuite, Zoho etc.)
- Understanding of the different Canadian markets as it applies to consumer trends and social media usage
- Bilingualism in French and English is essential for our operations outside of Quebec.
