**Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a bookkeeper to perform day-to-day accounting, office management functions and to be a leader within our team. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity at our Port Williams office. As the bookkeeper you will be reporting directly to the owner. You will be responsible for all financial and accounting functions within the business. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements and reports, monitoring cash flow, providing risk analysis and reconciling accounts and sub ledgers, along with all day-to-day accounting responsibilities.

**Requirements**:

- Completion of a Business degree with an Accounting/Finance concentration is an asset
- 5 + years related experience
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced skill in Excel
- Experience working in a small to medium size company environment
- The ability to effectively prioritize within tight timelines
