Cabin Resource Management has built a foundation of experience and dedication to quality and innovative solutions in four main divisions: forestry, environmental operations, recreation solutions and wildfire management. We are currently looking to add a **Junior Forestry Technician** to our Forestry team.

Responsibilities: *

As a Junior Technician you will be responsible for the following:

- GPS and field data collection/troubleshooting/management
- Riparian assessments
- Assist with timber cruising
- Timber Reconnaissance
- Road/cut block traversing and surveying
- Site Plan data collection
- This position is working out within the field in all weather conditions

**What we are looking for**:

- A proven commitment to safety
- A huge passion for forestry and ability to be an awesome team member
- Valid Class 5 drivers license
- Education in forestry with a Forestry Tech Diploma, Forestry Degree, Natural Resource and Environmental Science Degree, RPF or RFT designation and/or experience within the forestry field is preferred
- All other forestry experience is considered an asset
