**Our current opening is for**:
Residential Security Guard / Concierge - Full-Time

**Job Type**:

- **Position 1**: Monday - Wednesday 8:00am-8:00pm (Full-Time Concierge)
- **Position 2**:Thursday - Sunday 8:00am-8:00pm (Full-Time Concierge)
- **Compensation rate**: $17.00

**If you have the following**:

- A Valid Security Guard License
- A Valid Emergency First Aid/CPR level C
- Outstanding and personalized customer service
- Proven relevant work experience
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and Ability to de-escalate situations effectively
- Exceptional report writing and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of security procedures & protocols
- Keen surveillance/observational skills
- Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment
