We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Restoration Content Administrator** to support our contents division. This role involves managing documentation, inventory records, digital content logs, and communications related to personal property that has been damaged or affected during restoration projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain detailed inventory of client contents, including photos, descriptions, and condition reports.
- Organize and manage digital content files and documentation in accordance with company and insurance requirements.
- Input and track content-related data using internal systems
- Communicate with clients regarding contents processing, storage, cleaning, or disposal.
- Coordinate with field technicians, pack-out crews, and warehouse staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with generating reports, invoices, and claims documentation for insurance carriers.
- Support the project manager in ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
- Perform quality checks and ensure content data integrity throughout the restoration process.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in restoration, insurance, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate and professional demeanor when dealing with clients during stressful situations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
