**Manager, Finance**
The Moose Jaw Warriors Hockey Club, a proud member of the Western Hockey League, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Finance Manager.

**Position Description**
The Manager, Finance is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the financial operations of the Moose Jaw Warriors Hockey Club. Key responsibilities include processing accounts payable and receivable, managing invoices, preparing tax filings, and ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations. This role will also collaborate with the leadership team to create and analyze financial reports that support the club’s strategic objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Manage and reconcile invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and submit tax filings and compliance documents.
- Prepare financial reports and budgets.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of the general ledger.
- Support financial audits and provide required documentation.
- Assist in all other duties assigned by General Manager or Supervisor

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accountant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software, Sage.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - considered an asset.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel - considered an asset.
