**Responsibilities**:
**Equipment Operation**:

- Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to load materials such as dirt, gravel, sand, and debris onto trucks and conveyors.
- Perform loading tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring materials are loaded within weight and capacity limits.

**Material Handling**:

- Transport materials to designated areas on the construction site, adhering to safety protocols and project plans.
- Distribute materials evenly and precisely as required for site preparation and construction activities.

**Site Preparation**:

- Assist in site preparation tasks, including grading, leveling, and clearing debris using the loader.
- Collaborate with other construction team members to achieve project objectives.

**Safety and Maintenance**:

- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while operating heavy equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the loader to ensure its optimal functioning and safety.

**Communication**:

- Maintain clear communication with supervisors, truck drivers, and other team members to ensure efficient material movement and loading operations.

**Problem Solving**:

- Identify and address issues related to equipment operation, material handling, and site conditions.
- Collaborate with supervisors and maintenance teams to resolve technical challenges.

**Efficiency and Productivity**:

- Operate the loader with a focus on efficiency and productivity, minimizing downtime and delays.
- Optimize material loading and movement to minimize wastage and ensure timely project completion.

**Documentation**:

- Keep accurate records of material loads, equipment usage, and maintenance activities.
- Assist in preparing reports related to equipment performance and maintenance.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Loader Operator, demonstrating proficiency in operating front-end loaders.
- Valid heavy equipment operator's license and relevant certifications.
- Strong understanding of equipment operation principles and safety practices.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception for precise material handling.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in material loading and distribution.
- Safety-conscious mindset and commitment to following safety regulations.

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:
