We are a _**busy**_ and _**growing**_ 24/7 in-bound answering service looking for 2 reliable and time flexible applicants for **FULL TIME OR PART TIME employment. **Flexibility is needed to cover varying shifts.

**OUR SHIFT SCHEDULES ARE AS FOLLOWS AND WE NEED YOU TO BE FLEXIBLE AND/OR AVAILABLE FOR THEM**:

- **DAY SHIFTS: 7am to 3pm; 8am to 2pm**
- **AFTERNOON SHIFTS: 2pm to 9pm or 10pm; 3pm to 11pm; 3:30pm to 7:30pm**
- **WEEKEND SHIFTS: Similar to weekday times with some variance**
- **WE ARE LOOKING FOR **_**QUALITY**_ **APPLICANTS WHO ARE SINCERE IN WANTING TO WORK, WILL COMMIT TO THE JOB and who can be FLEXIBLE WITH AVAILABILITY.**_

**We require people with low absenteeism and who will be willing and able to meet our regular and short notice on call needs.**

**SKILLED IN**:

- **Customer Service with a **HAPPY, UPLIFTING AND HELPFU**L voice**
- Comfortable with computers and typing speed of 55 wpm with accuracy.
- **LISTENING** to callers
- **ACCURACY** in recording information and dispatching.
- **Reading** instructions and **following** them.
- **FLUENT** in speaking, reading, and writing English. We offer paid training.

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour (This is the starting wage for training. Once training is complete, increases thereafter are based on performance)

COVID-19 actions: Twice daily cleaning of common areas. Operators clean each station at start and end of shift. Employees only in office.
