**Job Details**

We are one of the Top Leading Vape Retail Chains in the Lower Mainland. We offer a wide variety of vape products and specialty snacks and drinks. We have been operating in the Lower Mainland for the past 5 years. We have 13 stores and 15 franchise locations throughout B.C with more expansion in the future. Our Head Office is in Port Coquitlam where we utilize a large warehouse to optimize the replenishment of our products for all our locations and the Franchises.

Full Time

**Responsibilities**:

- Enter new product information into the POS system accurately and in a timely manner
- Update excel spreadsheets with product information
- Answer phone calls for store support and returns in a courteous and professional manner
- Perform annual store counts and report any discrepancies to management
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and efficient data entry and support operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry and administrative support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Physical Demands:
The Product Entry and Support Associate may need to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time. The employee may also need to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment:
This position is primarily an indoor office setting with occasional work required in a retail store environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
