**Responsibilities**:
**How You Will Affect the Business**:

- You will be supporting a designated portfolio of clientele, playing an essential role in business retention, and ultimately ensuring clients have a seamless renewal experience.
- This role will update documents on company portals, prepare renewals and endorsements, process web-based changes.
- Assist in crafting client presentations, preparing RFPs and further strengthening insurance partner relationships.
- Identify areas of opportunity for process improvement, making full use of available CRM capabilities, technology and other Gallagher resources.

Qualifications:

- Secondary School Diploma required, College or University Degree strongly preferred.
- Successful completion of Insurance Broker License within 6 months of start date.
- A year of professional work experience required. Experience in an Insurance Brokerage or Customer Facing Environment highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office considered an asset.
- An interest in pursuing Insurance Designations highly preferred (i.e. CAIB, CIP, CRM).
