This is more than just answering questions — it’s about understanding client needs, providing clear and confident guidance, and supporting them in selecting services or products that truly fit. You’ll also work alongside our sales team to help strengthen relationships and drive positive results.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Personally connect with our clients, ensuring a professional, friendly, and memorable experience
- Understand each client’s unique needs and provide personalized recommendations
- Support the sales process by explaining features, benefits, and promotions in a consultative way
- Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns quickly, always aiming for a positive outcome
- Accurately process transactions, service requests, and account updates
- Keep detailed records of client interactions to ensure smooth follow-ups and ongoing satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to share insights and improve service delivery
- Stay informed on products, services, and industry trends to provide up-to-date guidance

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
- Comfortable interacting with clients both face-to-face and through digital channels
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
- A team player who works well with diverse personalities and backgrounds
- Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic environment
- Previous customer service, account management, or sales support experience is an asset but not required
- Reliable full-time availability with flexibility when needed
