Crowfoot Wine & Spirits, one of Alberta’s largest and most dynamic beverage alcohol retailers, is seeking a **MANAGER TRAINEE** for our **CALGARY **locations.

**Responsibilities**
- Act in the absence of the store manager to operate and maintain store operation, ensure excellent customer service, maximize customer growth, and foster cooperative spirit through teamwork
- Perform store opening and closing duties, receive inventory, process customer transactions, generate daily sales reports, supervise and train store employees, and maintain merchandising standards
- Implement corporate directives and standards
- Stay knowledgeable about products, services, promotions and policies
- Be a company ambassador by professionally representing Crowfoot Liquor through your appearance and behavior
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed
- Cover shifts as needed
- Any other duties as assigned

**What You Bring**
- Exceptional customer service skills & a passion for wine, spirits, beer
- Ability to establish priorities, handle conflict, take direction, and follow instructions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, professionalism and a great attitude
- Ability to work well with limited supervision while managing a small team
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Willing to work overtime, holidays and weekends as required
- Desire for long-term growth and advancement
- Ability to pass a police criminal record check
- Must be of legal age and have valid ProServe
- Reliable transportation
